Women in Leadership & Church Leadership
Career Leadership:
The high achieving part of you can be so smart and navigate so much at work, but when it comes to the rest of your life, it feels like it doesn’t go as smoothly. “Why can I be so successful in one area and feel like such a failure in another?”
Your relationships suffer, but no matter how much energy you try to give them, it feels like you’re stuck in the same old pattern.
We can work on your patterns and strategies to update them for your relationships. The strategy that worked to get you up the corporate ladder won’t be able to serve you the same way in your relationships.
Together we can explore what it might be like to try new things, and allow the more dominant parts of you to take a step back and see if you can be safe in relationships.
Church Leadership:
You feel a deep calling, but sometimes it feels like you’re walking this path alone. Doubts creep in, even though you know in your heart that you are called—and that those who are called will be equipped.
Whether you're navigating the ordination process, discernment process, or already in your role each stage can feel like a battle. You may face external resistance, but often, the hardest struggle is the one within.
It’s even more challenging when those who claim to support you don’t stand by you when it matters most. Historically, leadership in the church has been male-dominated in the U.S., and breaking through that glass ceiling can feel like smashing against a brick wall.
This is where we can create something different. In our therapeutic space, you are free to simply be you—not just a leader, pastor, priest, or minister, but a whole human being. You don’t have to carry the weight of your role here. You can set down the collar, take a deep breath, and bring your full self into the room. Together, we can explore the pressures you carry, the weight of your calling, and all the other parts of your life —
because you are so much more than one role.
I want you to have a space to be you.
