How to read your answers
Questions 1 to 4, Readiness: Mostly “Yes” means you may be a strong candidate. A “No” or “Not sure” is worth talking through together. Feeling hesitant about healing is common and not a failing.
Questions 5 to 8, Support first: A “Yes” doesn’t mean never. It means an intensive may not be the right first step, and we’ll talk about what support would help most, which may include working with another therapist. If you have another diagnosis that isn’t PTSD, let’s chat about how that plays out in your daily life to get a good idea if an intensive will be beneficial right now.
